Built for dirt tracks

Race night, minus the line at the pit gate.

Racers pre-enter from a link on their phone. Your crew reviews each order, takes cash at the desk, and keeps the gate moving without re-keying entries.

01 · The rundown

How race night works

From pre-entry to the green flag, one system runs the whole night.

1 Race week

Share your link or QR

Racers choose their classes and car numbers from their phones before the gate opens.

2 Gates open

Confirmation at the gate

Racers show their confirmation code so staff can find the correct event order quickly.

3 At the desk

Desk pulls up the order

Your crew reviews the entry, takes cash, and marks the full balance paid in a tap.

4 Green flag

Send it to scoring

Confirmed entries export to an Orbits participant file so the scoring crew does not re-type the roster.

05 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do racers need accounts?

No. Racers pre-enter from a link or QR code — no app to download and nothing to install.

How do racer payments work?

Racer payments are cash-only. Staff collect the order's full outstanding balance at the track and mark it paid from the desk.

What scoring systems do you support?

Dirt Race Hub currently exports an Orbits participant CSV. Westhold and other timing-system exports are not currently included.

What if the internet is spotty at the track?

The desk needs a connection to pull up orders and mark them paid. Racers can pre-enter from anywhere ahead of time — home, the parking lot, or wherever they have a signal.

Can I run multiple events?

Yes. Your track can run as many events as you need, all from the same place.
