Dirt Race Hub provides race-night pre-entry registration, walk-up order desk operations, and subscription billing tools for dirt track events operated by independent Track Operators.
This Policy applies to:
- Racers (adult or minor)
- Parents or legal guardians
- Crew or team representatives
- Track Operators and event staff
2. Registration on Behalf of Others
Registration may be completed by:
- The racer
- A parent or legal guardian
- A crew or authorized representative
If you submit information for another person, you represent that:
- You have authority to provide their personal information
- You have authority to agree to applicable waivers and policies
- The information provided is accurate
If registering a minor, you represent you are the minor’s legal parent or guardian.
Dirt Race Hub relies on these representations and does not independently verify authority.

Information You Provide
- Name
- Phone number
- Vehicle/car number and class information
- Emergency contact information
- Track Operator subscription transaction details (processed by Stripe)
We do not store full credit card numbers.
Automatically Collected Information
- IP address
- Device and browser information
- Usage logs
- Session identifiers
4. Public Race-Day Information
Driver name, car number, and class information you submit may be visible to track staff at the gate and desk for check-in and may be included in a participant file the Track Operator exports to Orbits. Dirt Race Hub does not publish a public entry list or results page.
5. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Register racers for events
- Process Track Operator subscriptions
- Run the walk-up order desk and verify gate confirmations
- Send event-related communications
- Prevent fraud
- Improve platform performance
We do not sell personal information.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Track Operators
- Scoring and timing providers, when a Track Operator exports entries for scoring
- Payment processors
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Legal authorities when required
We are not responsible for a Track Operator’s use of data once shared for event administration.
7. Minors
Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 18.
If you provide information about a minor, you represent that you have legal authority to do so.
8. Data Retention
- Event and registration records are retained for the active life of your track’s account.
- Financial records are retained as legally required.
We may anonymize data.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
No system is completely secure.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data (except data retained for legal compliance).
